API for updating information about invoice from SAP into SuperProcure

Data Sender: Client

Data Receiver: SuperProcure

Frequency: Realtime/Batch

  • Prefer real time and if real time integration isn’t possible message to be triggered for a fixed frequency interval (Every 2-5 minutes)
  • Adhoc basis when Invoice missing in SuperProcure

Event: When Invoice, e-waybill & e-Invoice is generated in SAP

Action:

  • Invoice, e-waybill & e-Invoice updated in SuperProcure
  • Invoice is canceled in SAP
