API for creating or updating a dispatch plan into SuperProcure. If a dispatch plan is not available the API will create a dispatch plan in SuperProcure else will update the dispatch plan in SuperProcure based on the requisitionReferenceNumber(Primary Key)

Data Sender: Client SAP

Data Receiver: SuperProcure

Trigger & Action: On Creation of Updation of delivery planning in SAP. Creation or Updation of requisition in SuperProcure

Outcome: Planned Order Data to be reflected in SuperProcure for further processing
